What we store: your handle, email address, the interview transcript, and the brief written from it.

Why: to run the board and to reach you about your own request.

We do not send email at all right now. Your address sits in our database unused. If the board picks your request we'll write to you by hand, from a normal inbox. Because nothing is sent, we also can't verify your address or reset your password — keep your password somewhere safe.

Marketing email is separate and optional, and we aren't sending any yet either. If you ticked the box, we'll have your permission for when we start; every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe, and you can withdraw permission before we ever use it.

How long: transcripts are kept for 24 months, then anonymised into aggregate demand research that never carries your name or handle.

Your rights: ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it, any time, at glexdev@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your transcript and contact details; builds already shipped publicly stay up but are de-attributed.
